In the midst of the current world situation, it can be a challenge to maintain the usual routines and strategies that soothe us. Be kind to yourself and those you love – we will get through this and it will end.
It is understandable if you are finding it difficult to manage your mental health – we don’t have a template for what is going on and uncertainty is hard for all humans.

Finally, I encourage each of us to aim to do our best in each moment and be gentle with ourselves and others when we miss the mark. Perfection is not possible and we are all doing the best we can with what we have. Kindness never hurts and it can often be the light of hope that someone else needs.
